Shipping options and costs will appear at checkout.

For orders paid in installments, the shipping fee will be charged with the first payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation.

Shipping options:

• Door-to-door courier delivery

• Registered mail within Israel

• Local pickup points

If the jewelry is needed for a specific date, it is recommended to mention this when placing the order and I will do my best to meet the delivery timeframe.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Registered mail delivery times depend on Israel Post, whose delivery commitment may take up to 14 business days. Any delay or issue caused by Israel Post is outside the company’s responsibility.

The company reserves the right to cancel an order if an item is found to be out of stock prior to the website inventory update. In such cases, the customer will be notified and the payment will be refunded as soon as possible according to the stated refund policy.

Orders will only be fulfilled after the purchase process has been completed, the order has been successfully received within the business operating hours stated on the product page, the customer holds a valid credit card that can be processed in Israel, and the credit card company has approved the transaction.

No item will be shipped before full payment has been received.
