I hope you love the jewelry you have purchased.

Upon receiving your order, the customer is responsible for checking that the items match the order details. If there is any discrepancy between the items ordered and the items received, the customer must notify the company within one business day of receiving the order. If no notice is given within this timeframe, the order will be considered approved and no claims regarding discrepancies will be accepted.

Exchanges or returns may be made in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law within 14 days from the date of payment. In the case of order cancellation under this law, a refund will be issued minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ₪100 - whichever is lower.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The item has not been worn or used

The item is returned in its original packaging and in new condition

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and at the customer’s expense

Returns or exchanges cannot be made for:

Custom-made pieces

Items that have been resized

Items where stones were replaced

Items with personal engraving

Sale items

Items that were repaired or altered by a third party

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after the item has been received and inspected. If the item does not pass inspection, no refund will be issued and the customer will be responsible for collecting the item or covering the cost of its return shipment.
