Imported jewelry is approved by the Israeli Standards Institute.

The guarantee regarding the quality of the gold or gemstones will be specified on the purchase receipt.

A gemological certificate for stones can be issued upon request for a fee of $50.

Vintage jewelry may naturally show signs of age such as patina or light scratches. These marks are part of its charm, character, and beauty.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product photos and videos before completing a purchase.

Repair services are available for jewelry purchased through the website.

Warranty period:

• 3 months for vintage pieces

• 1 year for new pieces

Under warranty:

• Covered repairs will be performed free of charge (resizing, soldering, stone setting - excluding the cost of replacement stones)

• Repairs resulting from natural wear or improper use may incur a service fee

• Shipping costs for repair services are the responsibility of the customer
